With the largest installed base of temporary off-grid hybrid systems in the GCC and majority of the market share in mobile camps, we help clients cut diesel costs, reduce emissions,and improve operational performance.
About the Role:
Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companies commercial strategy in Oman
- Identify and win new business opportunities in construction, O&G, EPCs, mining, logistics and industrial sectors
- Generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle
- Conduct customer visits, site assessments, commercial presentations, and proposal reviews
- Lead tenders, pricing, negotiations, and contract finalisation
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners,government entities)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
- Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Experience in energy, construction, O&G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects
- Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers and strong commercial sense to handle large contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Based in Musact, Oman or willing to relocate
- English and Arabic fluent.
