We offer a range of health and wellbeing incentives tailored to your location, including free gym memberships or an upgrade allowance to help you lead an active lifestyle without the financial stress.

We care about our future

We’re engaging future generations
We are a global partner to OffshoreWind4Kids, a programme designed to engage children across the world to learn about engineering, technology and renewables.
OffshoreWind4Kids has already been able to tap into our extensive global footprint, unlocking multiple opportunities to deliver events and initiatives in key offshore wind markets in the UK, Europe, APAC and the USA.
Our target is to roll out events to 2400 children by the end of 2024 and we’re already well on our way! We’ve delivered over 30 beach demonstration days and local school workshops where kids learn how to measure wind power generation by building wind turbines with a built-in display.
-
We’re supporting a sustainable planet
Alongside our colleagues at the Brunel Foundation, we’re accelerating reforestation by planting 19,000 trees across Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Ecuador, Kenya, Madagascar, and Bhutan.
We are proud to offer each and every Taylor Hopkinson employee and contractor around the world a newly planted tree, creating the Brunel Foundation Forest. Thanks to our partners at EcoMatcher, once you receive your tree you can track its growth, including information about its species, its carbon sequestration, and the farmer who planted it.

We’re supporting local communities
-
Career Ready Scotland
We’ve partnered with Career Ready Scotland, a two-year programme that empowers young people in S5/S6 to kick-start their chosen career through a series of authentic, paid workplace experiences and a network of support.
Each year we are joined by two career-ready interns for four weeks, to work across our sales and support teams. By the time they join us, they’ll have already benefited from a full year of 1-2-1 mentorship from our TH volunteers, providing the tools and confidence they need to gain valuable hands-on experience in a real-world setting.
-
Street Soccer
We are working on a range of initiatives with Street Soccer Scotland, a charity that uses football-inspired training and personal development as a medium to empower people who are affected by social exclusion.
We’ve supported the annual gala dinner which raised over £200,000 and our volunteers are attending events such as ‘Woman Inspired’ to raise more funds, along with other activities including CV writing support.
-
Refuweegee
Teams from our Glasgow office have been supporting Refuweegee, a community-led non-profit that distributes welcome packs, food, clothing and toiletries to refugees, asylum seekers, displaced people and other vulnerable groups. The charity works with organisations throughout Scotland to extend a warm welcome to people fleeing their homes, providing immediate support with day-to-day essentials, and helping them lay down roots as they settle in new communities. Two volunteering teams have supported with more planned in 2024.
-
Rehoboth Project
Taylor Hopkinson’s Valencia team took part in the 2024 “XI Carrera de Empresas de Valencia”, an annual fundraising event that raises awareness of social charities by connecting people with sport. All committed to supporting charity partner “Rehoboth”, a project run by the Natania Association. Through its local support centre in Valencia, the Rehoboth Project offers support to homeless people, providing day-to-day essentials, food and clothing and additional resources to help them recover their well-being and dignity.

Our voices
-
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee
Our regional Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Committees ensure that every voice is heard and valued. We discuss key DIB topics, deliver lunch and learn sessions, create content and manage a calendar of events to ensure that diversity, inclusion and belonging is in our DNA.
-
Employee Engagement Committee
We want to hear from our colleagues about what matters most to them. Our Employee Engagement Team ensures that voices are heard as well as coordinating charity and fundraising initiatives and supporting our company-wide volunteering events.
-
Social Team
Our Social Team are cultural mavens passionate about having a good time – and sharing the best new entertainment, food and drink spots with the rest of the Taylor Hopkinson team. We organise social events, quarterly incentive days and cultural events, and use our connections in the hospitality scene to plan unforgettable events that you won’t get with any other employer.
