Donna’s journey at TH

Following a successful early career in the Royal Navy, Donna moved into recruitment, specialising in the offshore marine sector. She joined Taylor Hopkinson as a Lead Consultant in 2013, where she put her unique training and experience into practice. As a start-up team, she wore multiple hats to implement new procedures and reinforce best practice, while steadily growing our Offshore Wind Contract team.

Several promotions on, Donna continues to thrive, and as Managing Director now leads a global team of over 30 specialists across Europe, USA and APAC.

And it doesn’t end there. With global presence of our Brunel colleagues, the growth potential is enormous. We now offer even more opportunities for relocation, career progression and leadership development.
