As the company enters a phase of rapid scaling, we are looking for a management professional with a "Solution-Oriented Mindset" to integrate and lead the HR, Legal, IT, and General Affairs functions. This is not just an administrative role; you will be a key partner to the General Manager.
As the Head of the Administration Department, you will lead a multidisciplinary team encompassing Human Resources, General Affairs, Legal, Administration, and IT. Beyond overseeing daily operations, you will serve as a strategic partner to front-line business units, driving organizational growth. Your mission is to provide visionary strategies, optimize corporate governance, and foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s long-term expansion.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Strategic Departmental Management: Oversee and integrate core functions including HR, General Affairs, Legal, Administration, and IT to ensure seamless corporate operations.
- Process Optimization & Governance: Continually refine corporate policies and streamline administrative workflows to enhance overall organizational efficiency and agility.
- Human Capital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, covering recruitment, training, performance management, and employee retention.
- Talent Development: Lead organizational manpower planning and build robust frameworks for key talent development and succession planning.
- ESG & Sustainability: Design and execute ESG-related initiatives in alignment with the company’s corporate social responsibility and sustainable development goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central hub for inter-departmental communication, ensuring the successful execution of special projects and executive mandates.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Assist in internal/external audits and establish risk management protocols to ensure corporate compliance and operational security.
【Requirements】
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of comprehensive administrative management experience, with a proven track record of leading multi-functional teams.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor professional teams and navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate corporate goals into actionable administrative strategies.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
