Electrical Construction Manager for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Poland
- Lead and manage all onshore and offshore electrical construction works for the OSP, including installation, termination, testing, and commissioning.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures.
- Manage interfaces between electrical, mechanical, structural, and commissioning teams.
- Oversee electrical installation quality, including cable routing, terminations, switchgear installation, protection systems, and auxiliary systems.
- Ensure all works comply with design, specifications, and relevant standards
- Interface with engineering, fabrication, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless transition between project phases.
