We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive transformer sales across the
European market, with a focus on utilities, EPCs, developers, and industrial customers.
You will lead commercial activities, develop key accounts, and support tendering for MV/HV transformer projects.
Location: Poland (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy for power and distribution transformers in Europe.
Build strong relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and industrial clients.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical discussions, tendering, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Identify new business opportunities in grid expansion, renewable‑energy integration, and substation upgrades.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Requirements
Extensive years of experience in transformer sales, T&D equipment, or power‑systems solutions.
Strong understanding of MV/HV transformers, substations, and grid‑connection requirements.
Existing relationships with utilities, EPCs, or industrial clients in Poland.
Ability to manage technical sales cycles and complex tenders.
Fluent in English and Polish is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel across Europe.
