We partnered with a global renewables developer and long-standing client to deliver the Head of Offshore role to accelerate its growth in the emerging APAC offshore wind market. This role required a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the region.

Despite a relatively limited candidate pool in this developing market, we engage more than 25 industry leaders and presented a stellar shortlist of four highly experienced candidates with a track record of bringing projects through to FID.

We were approached by a leading global offshore wind investment business with a significant footprint in Asia to search for an experienced Project Finance Director to lead project finance for one of their largest offshore assets in the region.
