This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to join a leading inverter technology and innovative-thinking enterprise. They offer a remote work in Poland plus many benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating with distributors, EPCs and potential clients,
  • Capturing commercial project opportunities,
  • Being well oriented in the market and company requirements,
  • Being the key contact person between customers and Head Quarters,
  • Managing the existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support,
  • Increasing revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs,
  • Supporting marketing activities and market communication,
  • Introducing projects to existing partners and developing new relationships with new business partners,
  • Developing and implementing action plans to reach the company's quarterly and annual targets,
  • Being able to business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.

Requirements:

  • Being fluent in Polish and English,
  • Previous experience in Sales and Renewable Energy Sector,
  • Being a self-motivated and communicative person.
