- Negotiating with distributors, EPCs and potential clients,
- Capturing commercial project opportunities,
- Being well oriented in the market and company requirements,
- Being the key contact person between customers and Head Quarters,
- Managing the existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support,
- Increasing revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs,
- Supporting marketing activities and market communication,
- Introducing projects to existing partners and developing new relationships with new business partners,
- Developing and implementing action plans to reach the company's quarterly and annual targets,
- Being able to business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
- Being fluent in Polish and English,
- Previous experience in Sales and Renewable Energy Sector,
- Being a self-motivated and communicative person.
