Our proven methodology follows a thorough 4-stage process.
Using our results-driven search and selection methodology we build up a long list of prospective sources and candidates who would match your requirements through desk-based research.
Stage 1: Pre-Engagement Methodology
The initial stage aims at creating a framework for the search. This is presented to you in a long list document for discussion allowing us to further refine our understanding of your expectations, establish any sensitivities that need to be considered and identify the leading benchmark candidates.
Stage 2: Sourcing Methodology
We will accomplish our objective by mapping professionals in the relevant global markets through research and networking. Our past and present activities in international markets mean that we usually have already mapped target companies for our clients’ assignments in recent times. Here our extensive networks are maximised through networking and confidential approaches to relevant candidates.
Stage 3: Selection Methodology
Once given the ‘green light’ on the proposed approach and target candidate pools, we then engage with candidates and conduct a 4-step interview process leading to us further improving and refining our list of prospective candidates for the position. The best performing three to five candidates for the role that demonstrate the correct motivations for wishing to progress in the process will be short-listed.
