Land Origination Manager, Solar

An opportunity for an exceptional Land Origination Manager to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the European market.

You will be identifying new lands, providing proper documentation as well as conducting negotiations to successfully delivering renewable projects across Italy.

The position is based in Rome but remote options are also available.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new sites
• Conducting negotiations with all stakeholders (land owners, developers...)
• Managing land lease agreements and all required documentation
• Ensuring communication and coordination throughout the full process

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Understanding of land and site management issues.
• Experience with all stakeholders (landowners, local authorities...).
• Time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Commercial mindset.
