Legal Counsel Mexico

Opportunity for an Energy Lawyer to join a leading distributed energy company in Mexico. The role is based in Ciudad de Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts (PPAs, procurement, EPC, O&M, among others) and participate in the negotiation of the agreements.
• Support in the negotiation of M&A transactions.
• General legal advisory to other areas of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Experience in corporate law in the renewable energy sector.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
• Fluency in English.
