The Role

  • Based on company's strategy, assist to construct a complete set of solutions for the products, technology, commerce, and delivery of distributed photovoltaic business.
  • Build and lead a team of product managers based in different regions/countries.
  • Promote and communicate our products advantages and USPs to our channel partners, such as distributors, installers, C&I clienteles etc..
  • Participate and give presentation in important technique related conferences and forums.
  • Lead the mining of market demand, complete business consultation, customer demand analysis, scheme design, project management process design, etc., and guide customers to accept solutions and suggestions.
  • Support business on the integration, formulation, and standardization of solutions for various business scenarios.
  • Formulate product strategies including but not limited to product market entry, go-tomarket (GTM) promotion strategy, product marketing strategy etc.
  • Provide deep insight into market information including but not limited to multidimension needs from customers, comprehensive portraits of competitors and partners.
  • Participate in the research, planning and reform of the company's regional market business model.

Candidate Requirement

  • Solid experience working in technology, product marketing, service, engineering management and other related management positions in a large-scale leading manufacturing enterprise with global vision and international market background.
  • Experience in photovoltaic module inverter, box transformer, power station communication, energy storage industry is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English, any other European language or Chinese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at inter-departmental cooperation
  • Preferably with leadership experience or strong cross team collaboration.
  • Able to work under pressure, has a strong sense of responsibility and executive ability.
  • Flexible in travelling abroad to support different markets and do presentation in conferences.
