Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of quality policies, best practices and work methods in accordance with the company's policy's.
• Control of the Quality standards of the equipment, machinery and materials supplied by by the contractors and subcontractors through tout the complete supply chain.
• Review products and processes specifications in accordance with the Safety Engineers.
• Define and execute quality awareness training to the employees and strategic stakeholders.
• Quality Control employee allocation in the manufacturing: facilities, pre-assembly; offshore inspections and take over mainly for Foundations, WTGs, Cables, OSS and onshore related works.
• Establish KPIs and reporting of relevant indicators.
• Continuous update in the Project quality plan.

Required education,experience and skills:

• Engineering in the mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, Oil & Gas, Quality or Safety Engineering field.
• 5 years of experience in Quality Management in big scale projects.
• Preferable Offshore quality experience.
• Fluent English
