PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative and sales support to Sales team.
Follow up and assist to the business internal process.
Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and ensure emphasis is on customer care and support.
Maintain sales and customer records/ summary/ statement, raise invoices. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
A background in sales or operations administration is highly desirable.
Sound PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
Solid administration skills in written and verbal.
A proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
Strong attention to details. Ability to work under pressure.
Full working rights. Australia Permanent Resident is desirable.
Language Requirement: - Speaking/Reading ability both in English and Mandarin.
