Associate Development Manager – Wind

Opportunity for a competitive individual to join a top Renewable Energy company.

Responsibilities:

• Will work in finding, surveying, and pursuing new onshore wind project opportunities and/or assist in development of existing projects
• Coordinate with resources to receive local, state, federal, etc. permits for wind projects
• Create and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners such as technical engineering teams
• Establish and organize strategies for securing project grid interconnection and transmission
• Improve equipment choices and layouts with procurement and technical teams to identify value enhancing measures during design iterations
• Generate and continue project updates, schedules, and progress reports; identify risks and solutions

Requirements:

• University degree
• Wind Development experience required
• Project-management, planning, cost management, reporting of project information a plus
• Demonstrates a strong drive to deliver results, persistent in overcoming obstacles and eager to take responsibility for making things happen
• Strong competitiveness and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in teams and apply integrative skills
• Flexibility to work both autonomously and with domestic and international groups
