Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Financial Controller, based in Warsaw, to join a leading international company within the renewable energy sector. The Financial Controller will also manage the establishment and closure of the group's companies.


  • Preparation of financial plans
  • Monitoring and reporting of the results of the Company's operations
  • Preparing and presenting financial analyses
  • Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and short and long-term plans
  • Control of costs, incoming invoices, bank statements and financial documentation
  • Quarterly and annual audits working along with auditors
  • Formal and legal support for meetings of the Company's bodies
  • Preparation of draft corporate documents (draft applications, resolutions, protocols, and substantive reports)
  • Corporate services for the company (National Court Register, resolutions, powers of attorney among others)
  • Administrative issues related to the creation of new entities and their registration in the National Court Register
  • Work along with the Managing Director, Accounting and other departments


  • Higher education related to Finance, Economy or Accounting
  • Previous experience in the controlling department or in the field of financial analysis within renewable energy/real estate sector
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Law
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Communication skills and data presentation skills
  • Very good command of English language; Spanish is a plus
