Our client is a well known inverter company. They are looking for a sales support admin to join their Amsterdam team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls professionally as well as taking records of customers’ claims.
  • Review incoming emails / correspondence and where appropriate take action independently.
  • Organize all travel arrangements, including the necessary approvals and assessments.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, incl. preparing meeting agenda & materials,
  • and taking minutes as required, cascade and chase actions where appropriate.
  • Professionally execute delegated actions from the supervisor.
  • Arrange office matters incl. office supplies, maintenance & receptions.
  • Monitor products or spare parts inventory.
  • Provide support to other departments as per request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in administration or related major, at least 1 year experience in similar roles.
  • Microsoft Office and other necessary software skills.
  • Able to work under pressure & an excellent team work player.
  • Office administration experience in a multi-cultural environment is preferred.
