Sales Support & Admin – Netherlands

Our client is a well known inverter company. They are looking for a sales support admin to join their Amsterdam team.
- Handle incoming calls professionally as well as taking records of customers’ claims.
- Review incoming emails / correspondence and where appropriate take action independently.
- Organize all travel arrangements, including the necessary approvals and assessments.
- Organize internal and external meetings, incl. preparing meeting agenda & materials,
- and taking minutes as required, cascade and chase actions where appropriate.
- Professionally execute delegated actions from the supervisor.
- Arrange office matters incl. office supplies, maintenance & receptions.
- Monitor products or spare parts inventory.
- Provide support to other departments as per request.
- Bachelor degree in administration or related major, at least 1 year experience in similar roles.
- Microsoft Office and other necessary software skills.
- Able to work under pressure & an excellent team work player.
- Office administration experience in a multi-cultural environment is preferred.
