Senior Internal Communications Manager

Leading international renewable energy developer seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The Internal Communications unit is responsible for internal communications processes in the Corporate Communications/Energy Policy area. This role will have a hybrid setup with regular travel to Swindon.

ROLE:

• Support the planning, preparation, and implementation of internal communication measures in line with the company's communication strategy with a special focus on the business in the
• United Kingdom.
• Act as an international editor in the company's newsroom, where all internal media is
• developed, created and monitored.
• Design, write and structure texts for all internal communication media (employee magazine, news channel, presentations, intranet, newsletter etc.) as well as speeches and presentations for Executive Board members and top management.
• Advise operating locations and specialist departments on the implementation of internal communication topics.
• Accompany key projects and internal campaigns as well as change measures from an internal communication perspective.
• Organise internal events such as lunch & learns.
• Accountable for the strategic development of the English language internal communications channels and their international alignment. This includes monitoring and quality management of the respective channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics or humanities with additional training in economics and/or journalism.
• You have a pronounced linguistic competence with a journalistic claim - stylistically confident as well as target group-oriented and understandable; processing complex energy economic and energy political contexts are a matter of course for you.
• You have a sound understanding of integrated communication and knowledge in the conception and implementation of internal communication campaigns and measures.
• You have already gained extensive experience in the management of complex projects (interdisciplinary and international).
• German language skills or the willingness to learn the basics of the language are a plus.
