On behalf of our client, an international leader in monitoring solutions, Taylor Hopkinson are recruiting for a Sales Manager in Milan to focus on their service offerings in Italy. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Expert acquisition of new key accounts in the B2B area (project development, EPC, asset management and IPP)
  • Expansion of sustainable business relationships in the field of abstract digital products and services (remote monitoring systems, plant regulation)
  • Control the business relationship from the initial contact through the bid and contract preparation to the conclusion of the contract
  • As the central sales and technical contact for the customer you will coordinate the technical requirements with our clients different internal departments
  • From the tailor-made analysis of customer needs, you derive concrete measures to increase sales
  • At international trade fairs and congresses, you look after your customer network and expand it further
  • You will create the reporting to the management and perform administrative tasks in the field of office management


  • Technical studies (engineering) or (technician) education in the field of energy and communication electronics
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical products and solutions or in business development in the field of photovoltaics, energy or software
  • In addition to your mother tongue Italian, your German and English will be an advantage
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Good self-organisation
  • Professionalism and tact in negotiations at various decision-maker levels
