M&A Director – Madrid

A leading international advisory firm is looking for an M&A Director to join their Renewable Energy team in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth in Iberia participating in the business development strategy. Origination of new business opportunities and lead generation.
• Supervise the execution of the M&A transactions and oversee the preparation of financial models and transactions documents. Manage junior team members.
• Attend and participate at industry events.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing M&A transactions and financing operations in the Iberian renewable energy market.
• Extensive experience managing teams.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English.
