Marine Insurance Manager

Leading European Utility is in the search of an Insurance Manager for their Offshore Wind Farm under construction in France.

Required education and experience:

• Engineering Degree preferably in Maritime, Naval,Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in offshore site construction: Subsea, HV and MV power cables, pipeline installations, etc.
• HSE Legislation knowledge in Offshore construction.
• Fluent English and French is compulsory.

Insurance Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all the insured items and activities of marine operations, including operational limits to comply with the execution of large-scale offshore wind projects in Europe.
• Assessment in the election of insurances and execution of warranties providing an expert consultancy in the services of the potential suppliers portfolio
• Control of the execution and compliance of the insurance agreed terms.
• Establish strong bonds with all the marine stakeholders and contractors of all the activities of the supply chain.
• Negotiation with Brokers and Insurers.
