Senior QHSE Advisor

Opportunity for Senior HSE Advisor - (Development survey) with a major offshore wind farm developer based in Taiwan. The client is looking for the successful candidate to be based in Taiwan from March 2021 - October 2021

Role:

• As the Senior QHSE advisor you will support development phase of offshore wind project, to include:
• Provide QHSE advice and support to project team, assisting to implement the project QHSE plan requirements
• Training and coaching on QHSE culture and systems to both project team and contractors
• Review contractor risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
• Engage with contractors during project kick off meetings, site QHSE inspections and other campaigns and communications
• Investigate incidents and coordinate reporting of data within the company's systems
• Periodic periods working offshore on a vessel overseeing contractor survey activities

Requirements:

• Relevant QHSE qualifications
• GWO offshore wind sea survival qualifications or equivalent BOSIET/ other
• Experienced in working offshore
• Strong communication skills and engagement with contractors and third parties
• Speak and write fluent English and Chinese
