Senior Sales Manager Chile – Solar
An exciting opportunity for a Solar Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join a world-leading top 10 solar module manufacturer. It would be a home based role in Chile. Able to communicate in Spanish & English in the proficient level is a must.
- Capture arising market opportunities
- Acquisition of new customers
- Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and market communication
- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
- Degree in Business or Engineering
- Native in speaking Spanish and fluent in English.
- Minimum 3 years field sales experience in PV industry. Thorough knowledge of PV local market industry dynamics and landscape is required.
- Recent and successful B2B sales experience in international PV/ Solar or related industry
- Experience in working for global companies and must have an international mindset
- Experience in solar utility scale sales and business development.
- Solid knowledge of PV panel
- CRM (Salesforce) experience
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
- Strong negotiation, communication, problem solving and organization skills
- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
