Opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a global Tier 1 Top 10 solar panel company in Brazil.

This is a remote working position.

Role

  • Engage, develop, and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Target to fulfill sales target.
  • Research on ROA solar markets and perform sales activities.
  • Plan and organize related sales events to promote and present the Company in specific markets.
  • Work closely with cross-regional teams to ensure leads and accounts have received proper management.
  • Draft regional sales short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Manage complete cycles of solar farm projects until contract signing and shipments.
  • Responsible for team recruitment, training and subsidiary divisions management.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record as business development or sales in Solar industry
  • Mechanical & Electrical background would be plus point
  • At least Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking and language skills
  • Good long-term strategy drafting, planning skills
  • Fluent in local language and English.
