Wind Project Origination Developer – Madrid

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Wind Project Origination Specialist to join one of our most relevant clients at the moment, which is a utility company holding a 5GW portfolio under the operation phase. This person will originate new opportunities in the European markets and follow the current ones.

The role:

• Market screening and opportunities identification
• Signing co-development agreements with local developers to build a diversified portfolio;
• M&A of wind projects
• Monitor the project development, mainly in the early stage
• Supporting the optimization of the project design and return
• Work closely with the Energy Management Team to secure PPAs

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Law, or Business Management
• Previous experience originating wind projects under the development phase
• High command of both English and Spanish
